Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Savvy Martech, we maintain a fair and transparent refund and cancellation process.

1. General Rules

  • All payments for digital services are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  • Refunds are considered only in cases of non-delivery or inability to complete the project from our side.
  • Once work has begun or milestones have started, refunds are not applicable.

2. Project-Based Refunds

No refund will be issued when:

  • The client approves initial concepts or designs
  • Work has already begun
  • The project is delayed due to client-side issues
  • Requirements change mid-way
  • Results depend on platform algorithms (SEO, PPC, SMM, etc.)

3. Cancellation

  • Clients may cancel with a 30-day written notice.
  • Completed work before cancellation must be fully paid for.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable.

4. Exceptions

A refund may be issued if:

  • No work has begun
  • No deliverables have been created
  • Savvy Martech is unable to complete the project due to internal reasons

5. Refund Timelines

Eligible refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

  • SEO services
  • PPC services
  • Social media management
  • Website Development
  • Mbolie Application Deelopment
  • Monthly retainers
  • Consulting or strategy
  • Maintenance or AMC plans
