• Submit content, images, and necessary assets on time
• Give timely feedback to avoid delays

4. Payments

• Advance payment is required to begin any project
• Remaining payments must follow the milestone schedule
• Late payments may pause project progress

5. Revisions

Each project includes limited revisions as defined in the proposal. Extra revisions are charged separately.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment. Underlying methods & frameworks remain Savvy Martech’s property.

7. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for downtime or issues caused by:

• Hosting providers
• Domains
• Plugins or third-party APIs
• Platform changes (Google, Meta, etc.)

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of shared information.

10. Cancellation & Refunds

All cancellations and refunds follow the Refund Policy provided separately.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes fall under Bhubaneswar, Odisha jurisdiction.
